It is so satisfying when we can make something special for someone equally special. 

Eu adoro quando eu tenho a oportunidade de criar um algo com as minhas maos para presentear amigos. 

Last week my husband and I had a fun Casino Night at a friend's house and this week we celebrate Cynthia's birthday. I made a couple of this candle light holder to gift then and a greeting card to give to our hosts. 

Semana passada nós fomos convidados para uma noite de casino na casa de uns amigos e essa semana foi o aniversário de uma amiga. Para presentear esses amigos eu fiz um porta vela e um cartão como forma de agradecimento. 

This candle light has a Christmas idea that I didn't have time to get my hands on, but slowly I am making them and gifting those I care for :-)

Esse porta vela foi uma ideia que eu tive para presentes de Natal, mas como eu nunca consegui colocar a mão neles eu estou aos poucos fazendo e presenteando as pessoas que eu gosto.

You can use as a pencil holder if you don't use wax candle. For my gifts I am including a battery operated tea candle. 

O vaso pode ser usado como porta treco para aqueles que não curtem uma vela. Junto com o vaso eu estou incluindo uma vela a bateria. 

I used Botanical Stamp and matching Dies for my flowers. I cut 2 full sets of flowers plus 2 small ones and 3 buds. The wrapped piece is a mash from the flourish session. 

Para a decoração eu usei o carimbo e faca da coleção Botanical. Eu cortei 2 conjuntos completos, 2 flores pequenas e 3 botões. A fita ao redor do vaso é uma tela da sessão de floral. 

I used the dauber with chalk inkpad (Clear Snap) technique to color my paper and a Espresso Memento inkpad to stamp my images. 

Para colorir as flores eu usei os dedais de esponja e carimbeiras tipo chalk da Clear Snap. Para a imagem eu usei a cor Espresso da Memento.

For the card I used one of the four cards from the Blazing Poppy Card Kit collection. I used the same color scheme from the candle holder although the flowers are different a. 

No cartão eu usei o card kit da coleção Blazing Poppy. Esse kit contém 4 cartões com tudo dentro. Vc nem precisa comprar o carimbo e a faca. Achei a proposta dos card kits muito interessante especialmente para quem está no início do hobby e não tem máquina de corte e outros materiais utilizados para a confecção dos cartões.

Não deu pra segurar... Essa coleção de natal da Graphic 45 eh uma lindeza. Eu ja havia apresentado essa casinha em um QT e desta vez eu usei o modelo para decorar. Ate o maridão achou o resultado muito fofo. Em seguida eu vou listar o material utilizado.

Home is a Runaway Shadow Box - Home Decor with Graphic 45 by Djana Venolia

Greetings!

Last week it was fun. I spent my whole Saturday at Charity Wings (one of my favorite non-profits I work with) to create this artwork.

In my creative process I always take pictures of my pre-conceptions so I can have that registered if I need to go back.

I made a mess for sure but I had the whole table to myself, so I felt spacious, LOL.

As always I didn't finished my piece at one seating down. This is another creative part of my process. I like to leave to make my final changes the next day. I played a little bit with the lighting and I had some fun doing that too.

Wishing Well - Re-purpuse Home Decor by Djana Venolia usine Prima Marketing Products

I love re-purpusing materials that after their primary use should go to the waste but still usable before recycling. I like the idea of re-purpusing better than recycling because you don't spend any more energy with that material.
Anyway, here is what I came up with. I made three versions all of them using Prima Marketing products. One of them I gifted Frank Garcia. He liked so much that I thought he would take care my wishing well  really good.
